   2009 March 20 [CAN] 16313 [USA]_______ Bay Coat Color DNA: A/a E/e __H Sire: Old Ways Bimbeau Dam: Rocking M Morgan Glory PEDIGREE Beau is our first foal of 2009, and he's a beautiful bay colt with a large star and left hind quarter sock. This is a breeding we planned after the loss of our Kristofer-Nugget to bring in another line to Archie O that we can cross in the future with Nugget's line. We are very impressed with the temperament and conformation of both the sire and dam of this boy and he comes from one of our larger mares so we are hoping he will mature to around 15H. His sire is also a known source of the splash gene which can cause lots of white, while Beau does not personally show a lot of white, it is possible that he has inherited this gene. Currently we are just pleased with our new bay colt and will be watching his development closely. Beau's breeding is 100% Foundation and is a wonderful combination of old Morgan bloodlines. His pedigree includes Archie O, Rose Bay (full sister to Archie O), Red Correll (through Blackwood Correll, Correll King, Shenandoah Red and Morgan Gold), and Whippoorwill Duke, multiple lines to Dude De Jarnette, Linsley and Romanesque.
